No relief as heat wave in US moves east

The scorching blast will start to drift eastward Tuesday into the Great Lakes region with highs in the upper 90s Fahrenheit (mid 30s Celsius) -- which is up to 20 degrees F above normal. Around 120 million people were under some sort of advisory last week as a heat wave burned the Upper Midwest and the Southeast.
